Whew, I am nervous. This is my first post on my first blog, and it’s a pretty strange blog to be sure. I’ve put up an About page and an FAQ page to explain things, but I’ll reiterate it here just to be sure:
This blog is a place for me to give some money away. To whom? To anyone who strikes my fancy. Maybe to you!
I want this blog to be magical, lucky, fun, inspiring, and full of hope. I want the people who come here to feel like they caught some magic too.
If I could, I would give every single person who is reading this right now gobs and gobs of money. That might not be possible QUITE yet. But I truly hope someday it will be. And wouldn’t that be fun? Who knows, if you stick around, maybe you’ll get to see it happen.

ok so here i am again commenting, having 4 great kids, 2 dogs and a great husband, i did not have chance to read all of your site before, but i have a second now, of coures my whole tribe is surrounding me at the momment but they are content at the momment, anyway, your blog brought tears to my eyes, happy tears

Oh wow, thank you all so much for visiting! This is so exciting. I had no idea I’d have visitors so soon, and I could not be more thrilled! (If a little daunted.)
I’m putting some finishing touches on the site (I just added the little “tweet” button on the right, isn’t it cute?). I probably won’t decide who my first official recipient will be until early next week. But I have several *excellent* candidates to choose from already. In fact, I will probably need help deciding who goes first. Maybe what I’ll do, is post about them, and see what you think. So stay tuned and hopefully you can all help launch the first gift!
(Actually, the truth is, I can think of dozens of people I urgently want to give to RIGHT NOW, but I promised myself I would spread it out a bit so that I’m not out of all my money within a month, lol. I’m trying to train myself to go for the marathon rather than the sprint.)

This is so interesting! Thank you for letting us be a part of it. You are totally raising my vibe and that means there is a total ripple effect which is awesome to contemplate. I mean, nothing has happened yet! So a mere IDEA that you put out has already touched an untold number of people even if they don’t know it! SO cool.
And I love your ideas. It would be neat to be “introduced” to potential recipients for the same reason. That way all kinds of prosperity energy will be headed their way! Even if they don’t get *the* prize, they still get the good vibes and abundant energy so I’m quite certain it will turn up somehow. I love it!
I also agree with the above post….this is already changing the way I see things and the possibilities of every day. Perfectly delicious!

Wow – just the design of this site feels like magic! I feel as though I am walking in a meadow filled with flowers and children laughing. The whole concept takes me back to being totally childlike. Thank you for the magic of the experience of viewing your site.

Yvonne, your comments about the site design absolutely made my whole day. That is *exactly* what I was going for. When I was choosing the colors, I was a worried for a moment that maybe it was just waaaaay too pink. But all the pink and the green and the little purple flowers brought me back to how I felt as a child, and that’s exactly the vibe I wanted to channel with this site, so I decided to just go for it. I just LOVE that you picked up on that! (Dare I say — it tickles me pink? HA!)
And, btw, I am honored to be in any way associated with that lovely quote.
