LoveJoy: Gosh, that name is really perfect for you! Thank you so much for your wonderful comment. I’m still learning to be a good receiver too (it’s a case of “we teach what we need to learn”) but I’m so much better at it now than I used to be. For me, I’ve gotten to where it’s now really easy for me to receive gifts from “the universe” (I really do just look up at the sky sometimes and say, “Come on, give me something awesome!” — and I nearly always get it!) but receiving from individuals is still a challenge.

That’s partly why I am SO grateful to all of my lovely recipients, like K. — because I know receiving can be hard, and I’m just so filled with gratitude to them that they are all so open and kind and accepting and, well giving. I say “giving”, because a good receiver gives a bigger gift than the giver, every single time.
